Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there. J and I celebrated the day by laying low, taking a couple naps and recuperating from 2 weddings this weekend.

Last night on our way to our favorite restaurant, Gabbi's, we stopped in the Orange Circle to take advantage of the beautiful light.

Breakfast at Strawberry Farms

This morning J, Liv and I had breakfast with our good friends Meghan, Rian and Wallace. J and Meghan had surprised Rian and I by taking us to the Great Park site in Irvine to go up in the balloon ride they have. But when we got there it was closed for maintenance.

So we went out to breakfast at the Strawberry Farms Golf Club. (If you're looking for a place to get married or have your reception this is a beautiful place!) The light was so beautiful as we were leaving that we did a mini photo shoot.

Last night I met up with my good friend Ruthie and the rest of her family to take some pictures. They are such a fun family and I don't think I have ever laughed that much during a shoot.

This bridge at The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona has been featured in a couple modern design publications and is such a great place to shoot.

Dahlia

This weekend I went over to a friend’s house to take some pictures of their adorable daughter Dahlia. She is so cute and smiley I had a hard time deciding which images to choose.

Naomie & Justin

While at Kate and Davids wedding I snapped a couple of pics of our friend Naomie and her boyfriend Justin. They are look so great together and were so comfortable in front of the camera. It was so good to see you guys, I hope we can get together soon.

Kate's 1st Birthday

J and I went up to the Bay Area to visit our friends Tim and Alissa Rollins to celebrate their daughter Kate's 1st birthday. It was such a beautiful fall weekend up there. I was getting a little tired of the 90 degree weather here in Southern California.

Kate is so adorable and there were many cute pictures of her that I had a hard time choosing... so I chose a bunch!

The Reid Family

I love our friends Mike and Heidi. J and I have been friends with them for a long time, so we have been through a lot of life events together. A couple of weeks ago we did some family/pregnancy pictures with them. I took pictures of Heidi when she was pregnant with Harrison, when Harrison was a baby and now that Heidi is with pregnant with Dahlia.

Harrison is so cute and such a ham. Happy Birthday!
